Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences is at the top of the ranking of dental schools in the country
The Faculty of Dentistry of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in the 2021 Scimago ranking, won the first place among the dental schools of the country.
In this ranking, the School of Dentistry of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tabriz, Shiraz, Mashhad, Isfahan and Hamedan have obtained the second to seventh ranks, respectively.
The Scimago ranking system is performed by a research group of the same name at the University of Granada in Spain based on an evaluation of the number of scientific articles in the SCOPUS database of higher education institutions in different countries.
This ranking is one of the newest and most comprehensive research ranking systems of universities and research-oriented institutions in the world.
