The 14th university educational festival was held on April 30, 2019 with the presence of Dr. Hariri, Deputy General Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, Dr. Aghajani, Chancellor of the university, Dr. Shahriari, Head of the Healthcare Committee of the Parliament and other vice-chancellor's and directors and colleagues of the university at Imam Khomeini International Hall. The slogan of this festival was fourth generation university, social responsibility, sustainable development of health. 

At the end of the ceremony, the services of the distinguished professor Dr. Mohammad Rakhshan was honored. Also, top educational departments, which includes anesthesiology, internal and surgical nursing, microbiology, clinical pharmacology, infectious diseases and tropical medicine, and physiology were honored. Dr. Sharif Kashani, Vice-Chancellor of International Affairs, along with his directors and colleagues attended this festival.
