A conference and workshop to be held on “ultrasound in nerve blocks” in SBMU, Akhtar Hospital on November27, 2014
Public Relations of Shahid Beheshti Medical University: Dr.Masoud Hashemi, Director of pain fellowship program in SBMU, informed us on the second conference on “ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks” as well as the second workshop on “ultrasound-guided nerve blocks” to be held in Akhtar Training Hospital on November 27 & 28, 2014.
Dr.Hashemi, scientific Director of the conference, stated that the main objective of this scientific event is to teach ultrasound to fellowship of pain and anesthesiologists. This international conference is being held for the second time under the supervision of the SBMU Anesthesiology DPT, Pain Clinic of Akhtar Hospital, Iranian Pain Society and other societies related to pain studies. He added that some professors have attended from the USA, Germany and India to present their latest scientific achievements in this field of medicine.
