Holding the first of international congress related to the clinical challenges in Gynecology and infertility
The international congress related to the clinical challenges in Gynecology and infertility started its work on 16thof February 2016 at the international conference center of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences with the presence of the Dean of the university,Dr.Peyvandi.
The Dean of the university pointed out that about 50 million couples worldwide and one fourth of the developing countries couples are suffering from infertility and this highlights the importance of developing and improving the quality and quantity of the services provided.
Furthermore he insisted on working and improving on the following topics
1.Improving the public’s level of understanding related to conception (fertility) and infertility cases by the gynecological society.
2. Attracting the support of the political parties to upgrade the public’s standard ways of living.
3. To reduce the high risk behaviors and educate the public in order to peruse preventive measures towards gynecological diseases.
4. Emphasize on research work at basic science and clinical levels to have a better understanding of pathophysiology of diseases in order to find new solutions for prevention, diagnosis and treatment of gynecological and infertility diseases.
