Public relations of Shahid Beheshti Medical University: The first international congress of nutrition and the 13th Iranian congress of nutrition are going to be held on November 30, 2014.
In this 4-day congress in which a large number of renowned national and international experts, researchers and specialists are going to participate, various topics are planned to be discussed such as food safety and nutrition, role of the clinical nutrition and regimen in disease control (cancer, diabetes,…), knowledge and culture of nutrition, prevention of short height due to malnutrition with the approach of comprehensive-based programs and new perspectives of the nutrition science.
Of other topics of discussion in this program, we can refer to nutrition in the life, capacity building in the field of food and nutrition, clinical nutrition and regimen, advances in the science and policies of nutrition, food science and technology and genomics.
