As part of the ongoing international collaboration between Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and the Ministry of Health of Tajikistan, a specialized team of medical professionals was dispatched to Tajikistan from May 4 to 11, 2025. This initiative is aimed at enhancing healthcare services and facilitating the exchange of specialized medical knowledge.

The deployed team includes esteemed specialists in obstetrics and gynecology, midwifery, and anesthesia, who will contribute to:

• The transfer of advanced clinical knowledge and practical experience
• Conducting specialized training programs for Tajik healthcare professionals
• Supporting the improvement of maternal, neonatal, and anesthesia care services
